Since 1996, I have been contributing to the improvement of the teaching profession.

From 1996 to 2010, when I was a full-time and part-time teacher at Siddhartha Matriculation Higher Secondary School and SPK Matriculation Higher Secondary School, I motivated and helped many of my colleagues to get into the teaching profession and still I have been continuing the same in the schools wherever I am working.

In 2009, I started a Vocational Educational Institution by the name IDK Educational Institution (IDK stands for Isaac Deva Kumar) run by Isaac Educational and Charitable Trust affiliated to BSS, (Bharat Sevak Samaj) the National Development Agency promoted by the Government of India to provide vocational education and teacher training to my students in which I enrolled many students for Diploma in Primary Education and Diploma in Montessori and Child Education which were the basic Educational Qualifications to become a school teacher. I enrolled hundreds of teacher trainee students in my Institution and taught them and trained them and made them qualified for the teaching profession by providing them with BSS Teacher Education Certificates from the BSS National Development Agency, Promoted by the Government of India. I also assisted my students to get employment in schools. Moreover, I facilitated my students’ job opportunities in the schools in our state Tamilnadu. Hundreds of my students who graduated from my Institution are now working as teachers throughout our state of Tamilnadu. I have also been doing many awareness programs on local TV on the topic “How to become a teacher”.
