I moved to SPK Matriculation Higher Secondary School.

In 2005, I moved to SPK Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District, Tamilnadu to teach Mathematics. The students who studied at SPK School were from rich and wealthy family backgrounds but their parents were illiterates and were unable to guide their children for their higher education and career development. The parents wanted their children to get a quality education with English fluency from our school. So, I suggested the Correspondent of SPK School Dr. Sengodan (Mobile Number: +91-9443754437) to appoint more Anglo-Indian teachers in the school to develop students’ English and communication skills. My suggestion was accepted by the Correspondent and as a result, many Anglo-Indian teachers were appointed to the school. As my students were lack of communication skills and leadership skills, I organized many personality development training for our students. As I belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I invited our Church American-couple-missionaries to our school to interact and train our students in cross-culture, communication, leadership, and many more skills in order to make them global citizens.

Moreover, I also started a Math club in our school by the name “Ramanujam Maths Club” (Ramanujam was a very popular Indian mathematician) and conducted many activities through the Maths Club, and made students take part in it to develop their skills and talents.

This photo was taken in the year 2005 during Ramanujam’s Math Club inaugural program. In this photo, I am giving a welcome address to the program.

This is a part of the Math Club activity in which I am conducting a number game for the students.

Not only did I start Math Club but also I trained my students in leadership skills, communication skills and etc., by conducting many programs such as the children’s day celebration and many other special days celebrations as I did in Siddhartha school earlier.

I taught Math in many different innovative ways. I also helped the school management to get more students-enrollment. For that, I made a short film about the features of SPK school with the help of our school Correspondent Dr. Sengodan (Mobile Number:+91-9443754437)

This is the short film that I created with the help of the SPK School Correspondent Dr. Sengodan for school marketing promotion purposes. In this film, all features of SPK school have been explained by enacting by the actors. The narration of this short film has been done by me with my own voice. This short film was made in the year 2006 and telecasted by me on all the local TV Channels throughout our state Tamilnadu.

I went to all the districts of our state Tamilnadu and telecasted the short film on the local TV channels and enrolled students for our school. As a single man, I raised the students’ enrollment from 400 to 700, which is a 75% increase in the very first year of my employment in the school. I never stopped teaching extra lessons outside of school hours to the below-average and intermediate students. Because of my hard work and selfless efforts, the number of student enrollments increased every year gradually. As a result,11th and 12th-grade classes were added to the school. I was the first class teacher for the 11th and 12th grades of our school. Mr. Hemanth Kumar Robert was the school Principal during that period:
