Here are some of the innovative methods and effective instructional practices and student learning outcomes in my classroom

I have introduced many innovations and technology in my classes since 2015.

Blended learning:

I have implemented Blended learning in my classes in order to make learning easier and more effective for the students. As most of the international websites have been blocked in China, I have been providing my students with as many digital study materials as I can. I always upload personalized instructions online ahead of time instead of providing instructions all at once. There has been very good progress in students’ academic performance by these learning methods. Not only Blended learning boost the engagement of my students but also enhances their efficiency. This method also leads students to collaborate with their classmates in their learning. Blended learning was really useful to my students during the Covid-19 pandemic.

I have implemented Blended learning in my classes. This video is about some of the blended learning/teaching strategies I use in my classes.

Teaching with JAVA Codes and QR Codes, teaching with hands-on equations, Blended learning, Inclusive education, PBL method, teaching with advanced Vedic math techniques, teaching with activities, Inquiry-Based Learning, Teaching with classroom technology, Jigsaws technique, cooperative learning, teaching Danielson’s method, teaching STEM, teaching with games, student-centered teaching, teaching with songs and dance, teaching with skits, teaching with videos, 3D videos, prank videos, and teaching 21st-century skills and working on 17 SDGs provided by UNESCO. As I have been a soft skill trainer since 1997, I teach and train my students on various soft skills and personal attributes for the students’ development for the future labor force society. I create simulations that help my students better understand the subject contents and make my students participate in the science exhibitions in order to exhibit their creativity through the models. I connect with schools from other countries to figure out the solutions to world problems. These innovations encourage students to research, explore, and use all the tools to uncover something new. Moreover, it brings a highly positive impact on students’ learning. I redesign the curriculum according to students’ level of learning. I also work with other organizations to find solutions for prevailing world problems.

I learned the new innovative methods called Vedic Math Method and Activity-based learning and teaching. Moreover, I have been teaching Maths to my students by using JAVA Codes created by me.

This is my teaching classroom environment where I teach all my subjects to the students.
